Ladyslipper Friesian Farm is located in central New York state near Owego/Binghamton, 1.5 hours from the Cazenovia keuring and 3 hours from Iron Spring and New York City in beautiful farm country. Their dedicated KFPS/FHANA breeding program includes five star mares, 3 mares, foals, yearlings, and two year olds (16 in all) along with a long-time established Morgan show/breeding background. Ladyslipper's proprietors Lynn and Bob Wellenstein are looking for full-time help to help care for the brood mares, youngsters, help with turnout with 10 paddocks, and stall maintenance; most stay outside! Basic dressage background a plus for exercising and training. References a must. Great potential for growth and long-time employment. These 96 horses were sold by Anneke's Friesians. With 27 years of Friesian involvement initially we did not pursue horse sales as you can tell by the dates below but we enjoy it very much and have proudly made personalized Friesian & Friesian-related sales our business. We have a great network of Friesian friends in the U.S. and excellent partners in The Netherlands so check back frequently for more quality listings. It's exciting to make other people happy with their own Friesian(s) and with that make our Friesian dream come full circle. Most customers stay in touch and we love seeing their updates and pictures.
